 Service rating : They were late for my timed delivery, but they did refund my delivery fee. Delivery team were helpful and pleasant.
Product : Great cooker - the grill is excellent (having had a gas grill previously was worried the electric grill would be slow, but not at all). The hobs are also really great. Wok burner a real boon. I like that it has a lid as can close it and use to put things on when not in use and to stop bits falling round the burners. ( I Also bought a cooker hood, but a different make). The colour of the one I got is cream - like mayonnaise (I also liked the bright colours, but for some reaon, the cream one was quite a bit cheaper). The cream goes well with the beech-coloured woods and blue cupboard doors in my kitchen. The oven is really great. Cooks very quickly due to the fan. Oven chips come out first-rate and in about 15mins from frozen! At first, the fan rattled slightly, but this seems to have stopped now. Relatively quiet in operation for a fan oven. Massively drowned out by the extractor fan!. The oven also took a couple of weeks to burn off the 'new oven' smell, but fine now. Studied hard before buying this and pleased with purchase. British made too, IIRC. Well done us. Only gripe is that the paint finish around the hinge is not great - slightly chipped enamel where the hinge pin is. I thought about complaining, but haven't bothered yet. Had it about a month so can't comment yet on reliability. If I were being critical, the knobs are a bit 'bling' - would have preferred a brushed look to the shiny chrome, but I suppose it matches the handle (the shiny handle is also very easy to scratch - don't slide baking trays over it or you will scratch it!). Lid seems to stay up without needing a hook of any kind, and contrary to some things I read, it doesn't poke out particularly due to the lid. The Lid also means you don't really need a splash-back. I've mounted my cooker very flush so it almost looks like it's been fitted.
Buy one. It's good.
