    		 All as promised, Text arrived the night before and the goods were delivered exactly on time. The delivery men also unpacked the cooker, positioned it in it's place in the kitchen and took away all of the packaging material. Couldn't have been any better.

    		 Service rating : Excellent service prompt response, phone call before delivery cooker was delivered dead on time. Highly recommend.
    Product : This cooker was bought for my 86 year old mother who is over the moon with it, she likes to switch sockets off at night which was a problem with her old cooker as it had a clock/timer. This would confuse her as the clock/timer stopped cooker working until reset. New cooker is easy to use as it only has 6 knobs and NO confusing clock/timer. Highly recommend for elderly independent relatives.

I only wish you could let me know a little earlier on the day before, as I needed to arrange an electrician to meet you to de-install the old cooker and install the new one. Overall very happy though. Your guys were ontime and courteous and swift. top job.

    Product : Really pleased with this cooker, I am a single mum and find it easy to use and to clean. It is also safe because the warning lights stay on when the hobs are still hot therfore I know not to let my two year old son near it.

    		 Service rating : Would have been Excellent but for two factors. a) the first cooker was badly damaged and had to be rejected,b) when the replacement was delivered only the driver of the delivery van was present and had to be assisted with carrying the cooker in- Health and Safety issues here. What if there had been no one available strong enough to assist? Contracting out the Driver's helper is not what I expect of the Coop. I am a member so I may raise this this point in the future. The only redeeming feature was the prompt action by the girl at the other end of the telephone when the damage to the cooker was reported and a replacement was sent within two days.
    Product : So far "good", but the cooker's grill sent out thick acrid smoke through the vent at the back for several hours (not minutes) leading me to think that there was an electrical fault or something jammed down the vent. The main oven did not do this when used for the first time.

    		 We were given a 90min delivery time slot (between 13-11 14-41) which we organised someone to be here from 13-00 to 15-00. The appliance arrived at 12-40 and was fortunate that a workman was here to except delivery.
