    Product : The oven was broken upon arrival. You guys replaced the whole thing immediately. I would have liked the mo ey for the gas fitter to swap then over. Maybe Beko should cove this cost?

    Service rating : excellent service, updated all the time re: delivery.
    Product : Oven size not as big as expected, as shelves are not big enough really, I was supplied with incorrect ones with products & took 3 weeks to get new ones from Beko, had to buy replacements to use oven in meantiome & am still waiting for refund !! Co-op electrical fantastic supplier - shame a Beko not good, they could learn a lot about customer service.

    Product : Rubbish cooker as soon as I opened the top oven door dropped off worst appliance I've ever bought
