There are lots of positive reviews around the internet about this machine which helped me to make my decision. Plenty of wash and spin choices with enough mix and match variations to suit anyone. Quiet spin and spins at 1400rpm when using the fast 28 minute wash cycle which is something my old Hoover Optima wouldn't allow me to do. Very satisfied with the machine.

The only thing I could complain about is the fact you've put Mrs S instead of Mr S but the washers superb so I don't really care. Product : Compared to the last heap of sh*t I bought (zanussi £200) which was swiftly returned due to it sounding like a jet taking off and only spinning when IT fealt like it I couldn't be happier with my beko, it's like trading your your lada in for a rolls royce...

Our only concern is that we have now ordered 2 large domestic products from the Coop, partially because we liked the certainty of a 90 minute delivery slot and both appliances were allocated a delivery slot starting 7.00am. We found this too early and it made us wonder if there was any other time other than 7.00am Product : We are very pleased with the washing machine

It should be the obvious choice to buy my white goods also from the coop. Thankfully, you are both highly competitive and highly efficient. What more could I ask for? Product : I would have rated this machine excellent for its performance but I was struck by information in the manual that states, roughly, that the machine has been built for a planned life of ten years and spares will only be stocked for that period. I went to the trouble of contacting Beko about this who passed me onto their 'service partner' who couldn't give me a decent answer. To me this sounds rather like planned obsolescence of the worst kind and I deplore it, especially as I have just scrapped a thirty year old machine because I could finally find no more spares for it.

We were kept informed of exactly what was happening including a phone call with 20 minutes notice to tell us they were running ahead of schedule and asking if that was ok. Delivery men from Yorkshire very courteous and helpful bringing in my appliance via my preferred entrance as opposed to the closest which did prove easier for myself and them both, but they didn't know this and had no issue in meeting my request. Product : Good or Excellent as far as washing machines go, the spinner could spin a little dryer as all laundry unless very light materials need a second spin.

Product : I like it but there are a couple of things Beko could improve - Compared with many these days the paper 'manual' is very good but I would like a bit more detail in the description of the washes [number of rinses for one thing] and on the 'programme and consumption table' p22 I would like the time the programmes take [or the range where it varies] as mine shows a longer time for the Cottons wash than the ECO-cottons wash and I'm still trying to find out if this is a fault or normal. The first response from Beko to my querie about this was quick but didn't answer my question - a rephrased one has brought no response in over a week.
