The express wash is very handy, it means you don't have to wait for a full load to accumulate (hubby loves it for his squash kit!) The machine is a lot quieter than the Bosch it replaces. So far it seems excellent value for money.

Product : Only had my Beko WMB71442W 7Kg 1400 Spin Washing Machine (White) for a couple of weeks but am very pleased with it, particularly the quick daily wash and the facility to change the temperature and spin speeds. The barrel is large and will cope with normal family sized washes yet will adapt to smaller washes automatically and economically. If you fancy this machine, I can honestly say BUY IT!!

Product : Have had the machine for a couple of months and washes well, not too noisy and a nice selection of washes. Quick wash is good and wash cycles can be modified to combine different temperatures and spin speeds. The real test is durability which only time will tell, but so far is good value.

The machine was easily disconnected by my daughter's boyfriend but we then had to dispose of the machine ourselves. Highly recommended to everyuone plus if you become a member you receive a dividend payment for your puirchases. Product : Easy to set-up and use. The model was recommended by our washing machine engineer when our previous AEG finally gave up the ghost. The Beko is sturdy, looks good, and apparently should last just as long as more expensive makes and models.

Delivery 40 mins late without apology or explanation	I'm so sorry for the actions and attitude of the delivery team who attended your property. They should have advised us in customer services that they were late, and following this we would have contacted you to see whether you were around to take delivery; clearly the normal protocol was not followed here, and I sincerely apologise for this. As regard their refusal to carry out the connection service, I can't understand why they would not go ahead with this. A connection service was indeed paid for so they should have proceeded in disconnecting the old machine and then pull it out, and should certainly not have expected you and your husband to do this. I am so sorry this resulted in you having an angina attack. There wasn't a removal of an old appliance on the order, but the drivers should have offered to at least move the old product to a place of your choice to try and assist you. I can assure you, the delivery team in question will be dealt with by our transport manager, and I will also contact you later this morning to discuss the matter further. We were given a time slot of 60 minutes (most other companies charge £20 extra for this facility) and the driver called 20 mins before deliver and even took away all the packaging. For these reasons I will alway check the coop electircal site before going anywhere else. Product : Good value, quiet, washes well, not tried all the settings and will probably only use 1/3 of them but nice to have. Great having a 7kg drum.

I have in fact used them before to orders goods for relatives but this is the first time I have ordered a product for myself. On each previous occasion goods were delivered on time and in good order. Product : I was not certain that the machine would fit the space in my kitchen but in fact the machine was smaller than anticipated. Some of the programmes are quite lengthy so far I have only used the 39 minute cycle which has been more than adequate. With the knowledge I have now I would have purchased a machine with a higher payload and spun speed.

They kept me informed of the progress of the order right up to the point of delivery,and within the 90 minute slot they stated. Delivery personnel great, nothing to much trouble for these guys. The best service I have had in a long time. Product : This machine very good and easy to use. Good programme selection which can be altered, (if you wish) to suit various clothes mix, by the use of the buttons on the front. Machine is very stable and the noise level is low. Appears to be a well built machine.

Product : It's got more programmes than I'll ever need, it's quiet and takes a large washing load. I cycle to work most days of the week and I can put my gear in for the daily refresh and have them out drying within 20 minutes and they look and smell a lot cleaner than my previous washer would manage in programme that would take over an hour to run.

I was amazed that not only was the washing machine delivered next day FOC but Saturday deliveries did not cost you anything either as opposed to other retailers. Product : Fabulous machine - I can't praise it enough. I always avoided BEKO as I wrongly assumed it was an inferior make but "Which" recommended BEKO as the most reliable. My old Whirlpool had broken down so I had a backlog of washing but it was soon cleared in record time. I'm thrilled with the build quality, design, ease of use AND how quiet it is for the price. Lots of additional extra's that I had not expected include "steam cleaning" and "self clean" programmes. The selection dial is so easy to follow and the timer function fabulous. The only test it has to pass now is to last as long as my old machine (10yrs!!).

31 May 2012	Excellent	Service rating : My washer was delivered to the timeslot indicated which is rare as we live in a rural area. Men were careful to bring the machine into the house causing no mess or damage. I choose you as the supplier because your timescale of delivery was very good - other companies were going to take weeks to supply it. Product : Does what it says on the tin. Easy to operate. Good display. A lot of short wash options which is why I bought it. Would have bought another hotpoint but the short washes were very restrictive and only used cold water.

30 May 2012	Excellent	Service rating : Thrilled with the speed of delivery - next day delivery and on a Saturday too for no extra cost Product : Large number of programmes, easy to use, very quiet compared to our previous machine (I keep checking this new one is on!), washing comes out fresh and with minimal creasing even if washing is left in there for a few hours. Never had a BEKO before or know anyone who has one so took a gamble and it has paid off.
