Excellent
 There was unfortunately some confusion with the first delivery date which I had arranged, but then didn't get the text to give me the delivery window for the next day. When I phoned up it emerged the product wasn't in stock, but I wasn't told this and it would have been helpful if I could have been told the product could not be delivered on the day I had been expecting.
That said, when I rearranged delivery it was perfectly within the time scale. The delivery people were polite and helpful.
