 Service rating : Delivery of cooker went very well considering we live in an area not easy to access, 1 hour time slot works very well. Our first cooker was faulty and when we rang up another one was sent out for us within days with the same good delivery and very courteous delivery men.
Product : First one was faulty second one is fine.

 Having telephoned to query something before placing an order on line, I can say the gentleman was extremely helpful, and telephoned the company to check the availability of one model. He then telephoned me back to advise the status. Due to time scales I then ordered a different model that was in stock. The delivery information received was excellent giving a good time window for delivery. The drivers were courteous and helpful on delivery. I would definitely recommend Co-op for products.

Product : Only disappointment with the cooker is the size of the grill pan, considerablly small considering the size of the grill...wish I ahd kept my old pan, otherwise the cooker is very good.

Product : although the cooker performance is excellent we find it extremely difficult to read the controls which are on a black background and require a torch in order to read them

Product : Fine except - As others have commented, markings on the hob/oven dials really are faint. Looks ok on the zoom photo on the internet or in the bright lights of a showroom but in reality very poor. Cant recommend for this reason.

 Service rating : Very fast delivery, easy transaction, drivers very polite. Would definately used co-op electricals again
Product : Not as good as my previous belling cooker, grill either burns or dooesnt cook at all, the oven burns cakes on one side, and the oven vibrates when first switched on.
