Every garment is different so Bosch have a whole range of different care programmes and features to help you get the best results. Super Quick 15 is a short programme of approximately 15 minutes for 2kg of lightly soiled washing - that's roughly equivalent to one outfit or 10 men's shirts. Packing in a wash, two rinse cycles and improved rinse spinning. Reduced ironing for you as the laundry is tumbled gently periodically during the normal spin cycle, and again at the end of the spin phase, keeping laundry fluffy and tangle free. The result is reduced creasing, and therefore easier ironing.

 Service rating : customer service was excellent all the way through. The guys had to deliver to a flat in central London and they did this in an exemplary way with smiles on their faces. They connected it up very quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with their service.

 Service rating : Really good service, quick delivery with a specified one hour time slot free of charge, so no waiting around for hours, plus a phone call 30 minutes before they actually arrived. Just to top it off, the cheapest price and points on my Cooperative Membership too!
Product : Replacing a sadly defunct 10 year old Bosch, this is a considerable improvement. Quieter, more powerful motor, doesn't shake itself to bits when spinning. I was a bit wary of the auto drying option at first, especially when it showed 2 hours to go, but it adapts as your washing dries and cuts the time down as necessary (in other words, don't panic!). It leaves washing just right - not over-dried..I like that you can set it to finish in a specified number of hours - very handy if you're going out and don't want washing sitting in the drum getting creased until you get home. There are lots of different options for the various programmes, giving a lot of flexibility, and each one tells you how long the cycle will last. I could wish for the air condensation system which is only on the Logixx model at present (unfortunately too big for the space we have), but even so the water consumption is definitely less than our old machine. Maybe in another 10 years!
Those who have complained about the instructions - come on, it's a washer/dryer, not the space shuttle!

 Service rating : I was somewhat misled into buying the Bosch EXXcel by some misleading information on the Co-operative website. Had this information been accurate, I would perhaps have bought a slightly cheaper model. When I informed the Co-operative of this, they did agree to refund the difference to me though.

The delivery was performed by a couple of men with a rented Luton van. One of them was a temp who could hardly manage to help carry the washer-dryer. I thought that the delivery service would be more professional.

 Service rating : Fantastic fast delivery have previously bought fridge and freezer and got them next day so came back for washing machine as pleased with service. Next day delivery means everything when you need an appliance like this. Washing machine took 2 days but still excellent no-nonsense service. I feel that I can rely on them to take care of things unlike some companies! Good prices too.
Product : Love Bosch! Have had all bosch appliances for years and they have always outlasted expectancy and have great design features hence purchase of this machine. Good programmes on this one and brilliant 15min wash. Also chose because clear labelling on dial and audible clicks on programs needed for person who is severely sight impaired/blind. 180 degree opening door is brilliant; makes loading/unloading easier.
