The De'Longhi EC330S Espresso & Cappuccino Maker is a premium Coffee Machine with a professional 15 bar pressure.

The EC330S is a pump machine, which is the most traditional and well known way to make Barista style Espressos and Cappuccinos using ground coffee. This machine can also be used with Easy Serving Espresso (ESE) pods for added versatility.

The cappuccino system mixes steam, air and milk to create a rich and creamy froth and the self-priming system keeps the ready to make Coffee at all times.

Additional features include a Stainless Steel boiler, 1.4 litre water tank, cup warmer, removable drip tray and a simple 3-button operation.

 Service rating : Co-operative Electrical provide a high quality service.
Product : Makes great espresso and latte. The only shortcoming is that the base vibrates causing the cups to move, so to prevent spills must be held whilst coffee being dispensed.

 Service rating : Have purchased from Co-op Electrical a few times and always been delighted with the service.
Product : This is a brilliant coffee machine, however it does seem to have a limited life - this is my third in 6 years - but it gets used daily.

 The goods arrived unwrapped and the box was in very poor shape. This had been for a gift and I was embarrassed about the condition of the packaging. I did contact COOP and complain but they did absolutley nothing about it. They simply emailed to say they would look into it and that was the last I heard. I will definitely not use them again! Thank you for posting your feedback.

Thank you for your email.

We apologise that your parcel arrived in less than satisfactory condition. Most of our parcels with Citylink do have an outer wrapping (like a bag) but presumably this parcel may have been too large for this. The box clearly should not have been damaged and we sincerely apologise for this.

Of course you do have the option to exchange the goods if you wish and we would gladly arrange this for from any weekday from Wednesday. Can I ask if you know if the goods inside are damaged in any way or has this not been opened as it is a present? Please let us know and we can discuss how we can resolve this issue for you.
