 Good telephone customer service, very good delivery options with good email notifications. However, I was disgusted at the way one of the delivery men treated the other, this was deely disturbing and my partner was left shocked and upset afyer the delivery was finished. One of those delivery men need to be sacked for harrasment.

 Service rating : I use because I believe in ethical consumption and I like the fact any profits are returned to the members. It is good value for money. Delivery service is excellent. The one bad thing is that the company doesn't accept my debit card online, which is very poor as I have to phone.
Product : Great cheese on toast. Contact grills are eco-products.
