 Service rating : Excellent service prompt delivery kept customer well informed
Product : I always hesitate to complain but the design of the heater was very poor one removing the heater from the carton the plastic handle on the side came off in my hand and the heater fell to the floor and just missed my cat. . I would recommend that you stock a better quality heater in the lower price range but if one does not exist give it don't stock this one. i got one from you a year or 2 back with the name " Stirflow2 which is excellent.

Sorry to be negative but I think you need to know.
