Product : Had to return item as the website had not stated an electrician was required to connect the cooker. Reaching a person to speak to took too long but when we did reach someone they were very helpful.

 Service rating : each time i have purchased any electrical items they have been delivered on time and i have had no problems with my items and this has made me return to co-op for electrical items. no complaints on my side just compliments and praises.
Product : my oven worked at a high standard and as it is a fan oven it is incredibly quite. and i have not had any problems wit it.

Product : Really pleased with this oven. I thought at first it might be a bit basic, however, this is more than adequately compensated for by its efficiency and the ease of use. It heats up quickly and food cooks really well and evenly. I will definitely use this brand again.
