 Service rating : I was very pleased with the service. I chose the delivery time, I received a txt in the morning telling roughly what time it would come and it came exactly when they said it would. For it being a free delivery service it was a lot better than half the ones that charge you. Would definitely use it again.

 Service rating : On the delivery day, I opted to have it postponed to the following day as per the email I received. The product was still delivered on the originally scheduled day.
Product : The vacuum cleaner gave off a strong smell of rubber immediately it was switched on. I have contacted Hoover who are dispatching replacement parts to see if that helps. I'm not impressed that I was sold an apparently faulty product.		 Please accept my sincere apologies for the carrier not complying with your delivery request. This is not our usual level of service as DPD are passionate about the level of performance they offer. I will bring this to their attention so the can investigate why and prevent it from happening again.

I am also very sorry to hear you had a problem with the vacuum so early in its life. If you would rather have the machine exchanged due to the faulty parts, then please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to do this for you.
