 Service rating : first delivery date came and went with no arrival had to wait another week.
Product : although I love the look of this ceramic hob, I was very disappointed when the first time I used my frying pan (the frying pan was said to be safe with ceramic hobs) it scatched the surface, I have since tried another frying pan and sadly the same has happened, is there a frying pan that is ok with ceramic hobs??

 Service rating : I had a problem with my delivery but the Co-op sorted it out instantly and without question.
Product : I had a replacement as my first item was delivered smashed to pieces. I am more than happy with my replacement

 Service rating : Great service and competitive price. Delivery timing was spot on too.
Product : Good value for money. Instructions for installation poor though.... Especially on how to fit retaining clips...gave up trying to work it out in the end and just put it in the worktop hole.

 Service rating : The ordering and processing was smooth. The price very competitive, much better then Curry's, which refused the price match...Very happy with my choice.
Product : The ceramic top looks beautiful in the kitchen. It does get a bit hot when I am cooking but not a massive issue.
