 I ordered my goods on line and even had a choice of delivery days, what a fantastic service the Co-op offer. These items were a cancelled order from another well known store as after promising a 5 day delivery when you order on line they could not deliver to Fort William within 30 days! I know where I will be shopping from in the future, thank you all.

 Service rating : Quick delivery but I think it's ridiculous that there's over £100 difference between shop prices & on-line, especially when the distribution centre is in the same location as your shop.
Product : The oven & hob are okay but I don't like the grill, it doesn't slide in & out smoothly at all. Also I don't like the grill handle, I think that could be improved upon. The ceramic hob is easy to keep clean.

 Absolutely excellent service. I was fully and accurately kept informed. Everything arrived as scheduled and within a specified short period. Delivery service was excellent and efficient. By comparison IKEA was utterly useless and despite providing a 2 week window for delivery still failed to deliver claiming the problem was where we lived. Will ceryainly use Coop electrical again
