This cuts off the supply of gas if you accidentally close the glass lid with the burners still switched on.A Flame Supervision Device, (also known as Flame Failure Device) is fitted to all gas and dual fuel cookers and is part of the gas burner system. It detects if the flame is accidently extinguished and automatically cuts off the gas supply.Your Hotpoint appliance is covered for a full 12 months by a parts and labour warranty. In addition, when you register your appliance Hotpoint also provide free parts for the first 5 years when fitted by Hotpoint's highly qualified engineers. Additional features include::
