 Service rating : I like the fact that you can get texted to give you a 1 hour window for delivery. However was not pleased to have my delivery cancelled because of van breakdown, 50 mins before delivery slot. As it was a fridge being delivered I had already emptied my fridge and freezer. Thankfully it was delivered the next day.
Product : Its exactly the same as my old one which lasted 20 yrs. So I'm hoping this will give same value for money.

 service i could not fault,although I should have said it was an American style
FRIDGE FREEZER that I requested an uplift for. a bit doubtful at first whether
it would fit in there van. as ours was there first drop and van was quite full.
But all credit to them they managed to get it loaded on to the van.
MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO ASK ON YOUR WEBSITE IF FUTURE CUSTOMERS
REQUIRE UPLIFT ON THESE VERY LARGE ITEMS.

 I was very impressed how promptly the fridge freezer arrived on the specified day. The delivery team were great and very professional. They unpacked everything and put it in place for me, then removed my old fridge freezer very efficiently.
The Hotpoint fridge freezer itself has been good so far - loads of freezer space compared to my old one and lots of space in the fridge with useful separate compartments.
Overall very pleased with the service and product, thank you!

 the goods were fine but the lazy delivery drivers did not unbox items so i had to drive forty miles just to unpack the two items the they were just to heavy for my daughter to unpack.
I was a delivery driver for currys some years ago we always unpacked and removed packing, how can a young mum lift a washing machine/fridge to remove packing this is the 6th item i have purchased from co op and this was a poor service		 I'm very sorry the delivery team did not unpack the items for your daughter. This is something they should certainly be offering to carry out for all customers.

I will ensure that the delivery team are reminded of their duties, and please rest assured this will be reported to our transport manager.

As I am sure you are aware, this is not our usual level of service, and I hope my assurances restore a little faith in us.

Product : Ample space for storage, however does get noisy at times.		 Thank you for your feedback on feefo.

From our conversation today I understand that the residual water in your old machine was not visible to yourself or our drivers and this is why the accidental spillage occurred. Thankfully you were able to dry the carpet and return it to its original condition.

I will pass this information on to our transport manager as it is certainly something we need to inform our deliver crews of, so they can check for this in the future.

 Service rating : well-informed staff on sales and very helpful in organising prompt delivery.
Product : All fine to date. It was purchased for an elderly aunt who lives the other end of the country from me. She tells me she is delighted with it.Only adverse thing for elderly/clients with infirm hands is she finds the doors a bit stiff and heavy.Main use is by her carers so not a major issue for her personally.

 Service rating : From start to finish the service was outstanding - I had left my wallet in the car thus making it difficult to walk back to the car and use my debit card, due to my disability. The member of staff was really trying to help and when he had asked whether I used the service before? He looked at my previous transaction and had said that the transaction can be completed - without my struggling back to the car! Can you send a personal message of thanks for his patience and understanding!
Product : It's a bit smaller than I first expected I think the details could be a bit clearer before making decisions on future purchases. Apart from that excellent appliance!
