 Service rating : Delivery was on the date and at the time specified. The delivery driver was helpful, unpacked the freezer and removed the packing materials.
Product : Instructions are clear and the freezer is easy to use. So far it has frozen things we have put in it without problem.

 Service rating : Buying was so easy over the phone and all the paperwork arrived OK by e-mail.Delivery was within the time specification and the men removed all the packaging.
Product : I was very pleased on delivery to see that there was an internal light in the lid. The picture and specification on the website for the CFAP200 did not show this as a feature, but we decided to go ahead as it was the size we wanted. Runs very quietly. Only negative up to now is that the 'Iceking' logo sign dropped off the front after a few days, but it was plastic stickybacked and we stuck it back on again.

 Service rating : Easy to order on line. Delivery few days later. Time slot advised. However first delivery of morning and unfortunately traffic problems but delivery men rung me 3 times to up date me and this did not cause me any problems.
Product : Bought as extra freezer to be stored in garage. And as we speak (fingers crossed and all that-don't want to jinx!) everything fine
