Found Co-Op to be the most reasonable , that combined with comprehensive info about the product it seemed a good choice . Very impressed with all aspects , the freezer is just what i wanted bright , roomy and quiet , delivery was fab and communication about delivery times superb , an all round FIRST CLASS SERVICE !!

 Service rating : Ordered by phone. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and I cannot thank her enough.
Product : The freezer is excellent. Plenty big enough and having the two baskets is really helpful. Has anyone thought of lift out baskets for the main compartment? (Being short it is easier for me to lift items out together rather than one at a time.) Works well in the garage and having the wheels is a bonus.

 Service rating : Impressed with the service and texting/email to confirm delivery times and ability to dictate delivery time slots. Appliances were unpacked on request and all external packaging taken away. Will use co-op electrical again.
Product : Actually this is a branded Beko. Apart from being a bit noisy (its in the garage so not a major problem) it is roomy comes with 2 good sized trays and a compartment made by a plastic insert. (The insert looks and feels flimsy so not expecting it too last too long. Overall does the job but still early days so only a 4/5 at this stage

 Service rating : Was very impressed with the service - ordered on Wednesday, delivery on Friday. We were given a time slot of 10.30 to 12.00 - the delivery came at 10.30 - the guys unpacked it, put it in the garage for us and then took away all the packaging.
Product : Just a basic chest freezer - two baskets and a fast freeze compartment, and lockable. Loads of room for all our allotment fruit and veg and nice to look at.

Product : Wish the power cord were a little longer. Hardly long enough to reach a power socket, which given the size of the appliance, i'd have expected some thought to be given to the fact that you might not have a plug exactly near the right corner to the unit.
