 Would have been excellent except that better information could have been given re a problem with the delivery van. I was informed at 9am that the 1-2pm delivery slot would be delayed but not updated again until around 1pm. During these 4 hours I had no idea whether my fridge would arrive that day - it did at 4.20pm (after been told my delivery slot was 5.55-6.55pm) so all was well in the end!

Product : Product description spot on - item was purchased for mum in law who was down sizing to a small bungalow where no room for her fridge freezer. Freezer compartment very generous. Product meets her needs very well indeed.

 Service rating : I have never had such excellant service from any company for such a long time . From ordering to delivery at my door took less than twenty four hours. The man who took my order was helpful and pleasant. The two delivery men arrived early were very cheerful even after carrying my fridge up lots of steps to my home, they sited, unpacked and inspected my fridge and took all the packing material away with them. Five star buying experience from start to finish.
Product : Very pleased with the layout and controls inside the fridge and the smooth good lines of the exterior, it would have been excellant had it been as quiet in operation as the last three Lec fridges I have owned. I am looking forward to long good service from it as I had with the others though.
