 Service rating : Very efficient operation and good customer service. I needed delivery in a couple of days and the Co-op did just that...The delivery time slot worked well, they managed to come a bit earlier and that was really helpful.

Product : I'm very pleased with this tidy little LEC fridge freezer. It's compact so doesn't dominate a small kitchen. It's about half the size of the old fridge, but it has forced me to be more organised and stopped me wasting food. There is enough room for a weeks worth of chilled food for two. The drawers operate easily on the freezer, and I like that they are easily removed. The fridge is quiet too.

Product : I have rated it as 'excellent' because it fits exactly into a very limited space in my litttle barn and is presently working perfectly. There is however one snag: the Guide booklet that accompanied the fridge freezer:- It is clearly marked as relating to `model T5039W/B' , but on page 3 the picture shown of the interior says :- "About your Product' Model - name CW-BCD135-S', But this bears no relationship to my model. Therefore since I am presently stuck about a selecting a suitable degree of coldness, all I can do is experiment. There may be other little queries also arising in future so I would appreciate receiving a relevant diagram, please. can you arrange this for me? I would be most grateful.

But you should know about this mis-match of instructions. Other people will experience similar problems!

 Service rating : Guys doing the delivery where absolutely great. Took the old one away. Positioned the new (after removing the packaging). They even wiped their feet - no that's rare. My delivery was between 8 and 9 am and I thought the text a great idea. Very friendly, very polite. Good job guys!
Product : My old one (which still worked) was an LEC and it was 16 years old! If this one lasts as long I'll be well happy.
