 i ordered a cooker when it arrived we realised it was unsuitable i spoke to reece on the helpline who couldnt have been more helpful. he arranged the exchange for a more suitable one.and it was delivered within a couple of days with the old one picked up at the same time. due to his helpful attitude we went on to order a fridge which we are very happy with.
