Service rating : Longer wait than indicated, I would have liked anassuring call while waiting. When I rang after allotted time the freezer was in their warehouse but I had not received notification. Great after that, delivery arranged and spot on. Delivery men very careful and pleasant.

They did not contact me as promised when the goods arrived in their warehouse, I had to phone them to ask about the goods, as such the delivery time was longer than expected. Thank you for your feedback.

Service rating : Excellent service throughout. Daniel was helpful and proficient when ordering and then advising on the delivery date. When delivery was delayed due to a breakdown we were kept informed of when to expect it and the delivery men where very careful unloading the freezer into our house when they finally arrived.
