 Service rating : ordering was fine delivery was poor I expected the product to be unpacked and placed in position but it was just left in box with the driver saying you will need that if/when you send it back

 Service rating : The delivery arrived as promised, shortly after 7.00 a.m. The driver and his mate were pleasant and helpful. They removed all the packaging and took it away with them.

 Service rating : Ordering very easy and delivery exactly on time. I was not ready for the appliance to be installed but all packaging was removed outside and taken away before the appliance was brought inside. I had originally asked for the old fridge / freezer to be taken away but cancelled this service a couple of days before and the £9.99 was refunded promptly direct to my bank account. Very impressed all round.
Product : This larder fridge is very spacious for the room it takes up and sits easily below wall-hung units. I could find only two models of this size and this was the only one without an ice box, which I didn't want as I have a separate freezer. I like the two separate salad boxes at the bottom which stops
things becoming too jumbled up. The split shelf at the top is also useful - the front half slides under the back half to give added space for taller items. The fridge is also very quiet.
