 Service rating : Have used them before. The delivery men in both cases were brilliant. Very polite and hard working.
Product : With this Miele had to wait several weeks for it to be delivered to the Coop depot before delivery to us. Reason for new fridge to replace one that was unrepairable. This meant we were without a fridge for many weeks. Did consider cancelling and getting a different 'instore' model as time was getting on. An irritating tel. call to offer expensive insurance to extend warranty to 5 yrs.!! Siemens offer 5 yrs as standard. With an expensive fridge Miele ought to consider doing the same. Dissappointed with that aspect. Also a service to change over the door handle would be much appreciated - john Lewis offer this thoughtful service before delivery.
