 Service rating : Having placed the order we were kept fully informed about delivery of the fridge which arrived as promised and was offloaded quickly and courteously.
A quality problem with the fridge was dealt with promptly and without question by Coop Electrical and Miele.
Product : The overall excellent quality of the fridge was let down slightly by a problem with the door. However, having raised the issue with Cooperative Electrical, it was resolved promptly by Miele.
