 I could not use gift vouchers over the web site and was advised to send them in registered post which would add £6 to the cost. Very annoying as these were provided as a refund for faulty goods Thank you for your feedback on Feefo.

I appreciate your comments regarding the gift vouchers; unfortunately we are only able to accept Co-operative membership vouchers on our website at present as the Gift vouchers cannot be tied to a customers' online account, thus we have to do this manually.

 Service rating : Delivery service is unacceptable and although as a good will gesture I received a voucher from you I have concerns placing any further orders as I can't rely on the delivery company and to be told my item wasn't delivered as promised because the driver did not have time is disgusting.

Please accept my apologies for the poor delivery service provided by our courier, DPD. I can see that on the date you specified for delivery the driver indeed ran out of time, and that you were not notified of this. I agree this is unacceptable, and I have raised this complaint with DPD's management to look into.

I can assure you this kind of issue is very rare with DPD and I am sure they will endeavour to improve on their services now that we have reported this incident.

 I used Co-op Electrical after struggling to order an iron from two othe companies due to the difficulties encountered with their online purchasing software. No such trouble with CE.The online site of CE was easy to use.

The product was good, the price good and the delivery service was good.

All in all a very good experience.
