 Service rating : Clear, straight forward ordering service, which was quick and efficient.
Product : Usual New World standard. Instruction book is clear. Price very competitive compared to Curry's and John Lewis. The 500TSIDL has many new improvements to my 20 year old cooker, although the latter had more substantial fittings.
