 Service rating : Coop electrical themselves were very good in trying to assist us. It's just unfortunate that the quality of the product was so poor.
Product : We had to return this product twice. Both times with the same fault, only 2 of the 4 burners were working. You are also expected to partly construct this product as it arrives with the eye level grill unattached. This proves even more difficult when you are not provided with the screws to attach it.  Service rating : I bought this cooker by telephoning the store for added details and the young man who served me was extremely helpful and patient. So much so that I bought the cooker there and then instead of going back on line. On that service I would certainly shop with Coop electrical again.
Product : There is one big design fault on the gas taps and that is you cannot tell whether they are turned on or off at a glance. I wouldn't buy it where there were children unless you could mark them in some way. The shelves and the grill pan do not glide out but stick so you have to force them out. This may rectify with constant use. The door is right-opening so best to take into account when buying. I would have preferred a drop down door because they are safer but I don't think this cooker woud be robust enough to accommodate that feature, however overall it is value for the price and size and because it has the eye-level grill I do not regret buying it.

 Service rating : the man on the telephone was very friendly, helpful and kind.
Product : It is exactly what I was looking for. There was a problem initially, when two burners didn't stay alight. A quick phone call to New World and they sent someone over within a couple of days to sort it out. (apparently 2 wires were crossed). I really appreciated that the engineer from New World brought 'shoe covers', thus was able to respect the fact that we don't wear outdoor shoes in the home.
