Service rating : Can't fault the Co Op service
Product : The electrical lead for the ignition is not long enough so we now have an extension lead draped across the room. The oven and grill do not get hot enough and it takes ages just to do a slice of toast. Our old Parkinson Cowan cooker is far superior to this one.
I'm pleased to hear you felt our service was very good overall, albeit disappointed to hear about the problems with the cooker.

Product : Still fighting with the lighting of the gas taps, will get used to it in time. Very good safety measure with the grand children in the house, they cannot turn on the gas and walk away.

Product : Very pleased that to ignite cooker you need to hold buttons in for couple of seconds which is relief that you can not just catch the buttons with out knowing.

Service rating : We have an email credit note for £9 because the cooker was not removed. But how do we cash it?
The new cooker was delivered two hours later than indircated.
Product : Generally pleased with the product but the oven shelves are not easy to rearrange and the grill is slow.

I am sorry you have had cause to post a negative rating about our service level. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delivery being delayed and the fact you were not notified of this. Normally our drivers will call our customer service team to alert them of any deviation from their time slots, so they can then inform our customer as soon as possible. I am sorry this was not done on this occasion. The credit note you refer to is merely notification that the money has been processed back to your account, and has left our account on that day.

I am also sorry you thought that the disconnection and installation of the appliance would be done for you. We do state in the terms and conditions that cookers are a product group we do not offer this service, as our drivers are not gas or electric safe registered.

delivery was slotted in for 7.00am to 7.30am which was a little early for the pensioner that it was delivered to - he gotr up at 5.00am to make sure that he heard the door bell!

Service rating : Communication was excellent , the prices were very competitive and delivery was prompt.
Product : Great cooker, does everything I need it to do. Easy to clean and quiet running. The only very slight complaint would be that the handle suggests a pull down door and the storage compartment has no back. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting an eyelevel grill
