This appliance was for a rental property and I am unable to comment on the cooker or deliverey but as I have not heard from the tennant I assume it went according to plan.

 I order quite a lot of items but lately it has taken at least 15 minu tes to get through to the sales team - frankly if this is going to be the norm I will have to sauce items elsewhere. I also would like to set up an accont rather than keep giving bank card details each time .

 Service rating : Could do with just one email alert, I got at least 3 different messages,all from different accounts thought I was being scammed and had to ring up....but a swift service delivery.
Product : excellent value for a tidy cooker ,could do with a pan storage area at the bottom of cooker,as wasted space.

 cus service staff excellent but delivery service bad due to them delivering a flty cooker and deliberately deceiving my neighbour by pushing cooker into space so he could not see damaged bottom side of cooker before he signed to say all ok. i was very angry when i discovered this and rang cus service who did give my discount on price which i accepted. co-op ok but contractors who deliver are not good. unfortunatley this reflects on the co-op service. Thank you posting your feedback.

At Co-operative Electrical we pride ourselves on our customer service, on this occasion we have not performed to this standard.

We have refunded our customer a gesture of goodwill and we will be investigating this matter with the delivery team in question.
