The Panasonic Slimline Combination Microwave Oven has been designed with a view to save valuable work top space in the kitchen.

Panasonic completely redesigned the mechanics of the Microwave, by reducing the depth of the oven by 20% when compared to an equivalent Panasonic model. The repositioning of the fan system in the roof of the oven, rather than at its rear has dramatically reduced the depth of the oven. This means that you can enjoy the advantage of Microwave, Grill and Convection heating in more compact kitchens, which may feature narrower, 500mm work surfaces. More importantly, this has been achieved without reducing the usable cooking space inside the oven.

Additional features include digital control, Stainless Steel Lining and 13 auto programs.

 Service rating : Given that Coop did not directly cause us to seek a replacement they were excellent. They should however check out their repair contractor as it is them that caused us to speak to Coop about their shoddy work on the dangerous electrical repair.

 The door bell rang. I answered it. A man identified himself and dumped the microwave on the doorstep and left Thank you for your comments on Feefo.

I am sorry the courier was not as polite as we would have hoped him to be; I will pass this feedback onto DPD.

 Service rating : Excellent service when ordering - helpful, polite staff and excellent really speedy delivery with excellent arrangements for when in house. Also pinpointing time of delivery more or less exact. Will recommend you highly. Very good prices of goods also.
Product : The ringer for when things have finished cooking could do with being louder as often miss hearing it if in another room yet used to be able to hear the ringer of microwaves of far cheaper models in the other room - apart from that very pleased with it up to now.

Product : Digital display difficult to read when standing in front of product, which was placed on kitchen worktop.

From the same position the product has a tendency to slide away when pressing the button to open the door. The door catch is quite strong.

 Service rating : I very much liked the availability to make the order by phone because the size of the turntable in the microwave was not given online and the assistant found this out for me - a good service. The information re delivery (by phone/PC) was excellent especially the availability to change the time or make a special 'hour' slot. Very flexible.

 Wonderful service, I could have had next day delivery if I'd wanted, the hour time slot is really convenient, the product itself is top quality, the price was competitive ( & compared favourably with another well known online retailer who has been in the news recently for allegedly not paying enough U.K. tax) so I was more than happy to support Co-op. I like being able to pick up the 'phone. My only gripe was that emails were excessive & neglected to include a receipt .
