10 May	Good	This was a warranty replacement of a Pure DAB radio product that developed a fault in the first year. I contacted Co-op Electrical who dealt with the issue immediately and courteously. I had a replacement delivered next day without quibble and the faulty item collected at the same time. First class customer service.

12 Sep 2011	Good	Service rating : Can't fault the service Product : All round a good performer, though criticisms are that the display is not that clear (backlight almost as light as the digits and can't easily see it from above) and sometimes the buttons refuse to work - you hit Standby, then the rest, and nothing happens. Turning the volume knob seems to get it working again but it's annoying.
