 It was useful to know which day it would be delevered on. Morning or afternoon would be even better.

 Good telephone customer service, very good delivery options with good email notifications. However, I was disgusted at the way one of the delivery men treated the other, this was deely disturbing and my partner was left shocked and upset afyer the delivery was finished. One of those delivery men need to be sacked for harrasment.

 Excellent delivery men. Some confusion beforehand with the telephone staff about whom the delivery was for - this should have been clarified before the day before delivery as I was working away from home and the various mobile telephone conversations were difficult.
