 Service rating : The Service was great and the item delivered within the timescales specified
Product : The product is great does everything you need and easy to use. The only thing I miss is that my previous microwave had a delay setting which was good if you needed to get on with other things. However my previous product also cost over £100.00 more so cant complain. This one is far bigger inside an excellent buy for the price

 Service rating : I was impressed with the response to my order. The telephone sales operators were efficient and very helpful. when I had to complain about the unit I was advised by my contact operator that it would be best to exchange the unit as it was inside the 28 day period.
Product : Replacement unit delivered on time and the delivery driver carried it upstairs to my house and packed the original unit into the box.
I am sorry to say that the replacement unit has the same problem, Oven temperature less than indicated on the display - by as much as 30c. We have decided to retain this unit for now and look for a replacement. None of this is the Coop's fault as they are the retailer not the manufacturer (Sharp). It is 10 years since we last had a Sharp Combi and the cook book is the same as the new one. Won't be buying sharp again.		 Thank you for your comments on Feefo.

 Poor customer service, was incorrectly and insanely advised to change microwave bulb myself. The manager was excellent and solved issue immediately. Thank you for your comments on Feefo.

 Service rating : The whole process from start to finish with The Co-Operative was first class. Ordering went smoothly, all promised communication and delivery information including a 1 hour time slot were spot on. Will definitely use again if they have a product in stock that I'm looking to purchase.
Product : This Sharp combi microwave was bought as a direct replacement to our 10 year old Sharp which had only just packed in.
They have made a few changes in 10 years some good some not so, the digital display is better and has a power save mode but doing this they have done away with the clock feature.
The microwave works well, heats food as expected, is nice and large so big oven dishes fit and the overall appearance is very nice.
If you need a larger sized microwave then I think you'd stuggle to find better for the money.

 I think for price & for the reliability of the delivery service offered, Co-op have been really excellent. Unfortunately the 1st oven delivered had a problem with its turntable drive belt, but a new oven was despatched promptly. I'm afraid that, due to a misunderstanding between me my wife, we still have 1 oven shelf & 2 turntable stands which don't really belong to us: please contact me if you would like me to take further action.

 Excellent price for our combi microwave , thanks for the voucher reducing the price even more . ordered Friday delivered Saturday....the next day ...not a week later! I was very happy to buy from the Co-op a company that has been around for a lot of years and hopefully will be around for a long time to come..maybe an old company but not an old attitude to providing a service to the general public.

 Service rating : It arrived when it was supposed to, we had a problem with it and received a replacement the following day absolutely no complaints about the service.
Product : This is our 3rd one of these in 23 years. They are great. The 1st one lasted 15 years, the 2nd only 8. Both had new motors at some point and the build quality now is not as good as the 1st but then the cost is a lot less, so no comlaints.
