 Service rating : was delivered exactly when they said and was by far the cheapest price on line or in the shops.
Product : the only complaint I have with the hairdryer is that the on/off and heat controls are exactly where your fingers grip and therefore you end up switching off the dryer throughout the styling period. This has got better as I have got more used to it but after more than 30 days use I still do it!
