Good
Delivery arrived very promptly - no problems. The Co-op were also very helpful when I had to cancel the disposal option after ordering the cooker and the charge was refunded promptly.

Good
Service rating : I dealt with a lady called Louise, she was extremely helpful.
The only disappointing aspect was that the model of cooker I originally chose was out of stock and although I waited four or five weeks to to see if came back in to stock, it was not possible to give me an expected date of delivery.
Product : I have not had an opportunity to use the cooker much so far, but it seems ok.
I think grill pans should be supplied with a handle, I have heard the explanations of customers burning their hands on them, but I think it is a poor excuse. Handles can be made of material that does not get excessively hot,and the handle could come with a warning, there is far more chance of burning oneself without a handle fitted. I believe it is a cost cutting excercise by the manufacturer.
