The Zanussi ZCV561DX 50cm electric cooker boasts a large 26 litres capacity and Thermaflow fan operated cooking in the main oven; ensuring no taste or flavour transfer , so enabling mult-level cooking, shorter cooking times and lower cooking temperatures, thus saving time and money, and fan controlled defrosting, which is both more hygenic and quicker than conventional defrosting techniques, and is perfect for delicate items such as gateaux. The seperate grill compartment in the top cavity enables you to cook large or smaller portions in a healthy and convenient way, with the full or economy grill settings, using variable shelf positions. The large viewing windows and internal oven lighting make it easy to follow the progress of your food cooking, without the need to even open the door!  great product, awful delivery men I'm very sorry you felt the service provided by our delivery team was not good.

Further to our telephone conversation this morning, I will be informing the transport manager about their attitude who will remind them that they are representing our company, so we expect them to be polite and patient with our customers.

 The appliance was delivered damaged and had to be replaced. We should have been given the option to unpack the item and the delivery men take the packaging away or the item could be delivered unpacked and carefully checked. Otherwise fine. Good Afternoon
