 Service rating : My son works for the Co-op in Montrose, we used his works number in order to get a discount, unfortunately the discount must have been cancelled.
Product : It is a replacement for our old Zanussi, it was 10 yrs old, so far the new machine is working fine.		 Please accept my apologies for the service provided by our delivery team.

 Service rating : I ordered by phone & received a quick & excellent service. I received a phone call to inform me of the delivery date & a text message the day before giving a 1 hour time slot.
Product : My only dissatisfaction is with the 1400 spin as I have to spin twice & this is the main reason I decided to purchase a new machine.

 Service rating : Couldn't believe how smoothly everything went.
Product : Had a little trouble with it moving out of its place but think we have it sorted now. Not having to do so many washes a week because it holds much more than the previous one and dries much quicker.
