When contacting us regarding an existing order, if possible please e-mail by replying to your order confirmation as this usually gives us the necessary information to deal with your query promptly.

Chasing Delivery
If you have purchased a Rapid Delivery line you have reserved that item of stock and are guaranteed delivery on the day you have selected. If you have selected a product that you have not entered your delivery date, we will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours of your order to arrange your delivery.
Major Kitchen Appliances and Televisions 37" and above available on Rapid Delivery will be delivered via own distribution company Phoenix Delivery Systems. Please be advised you will be notified of a 2 hour delivery time slot by email after 7pm the day prior to your selected delivery date. Additionally, if you have provided a mobile number when placing your order an SMS message will be sent to you.
Small Kitchen Appliances, Floor care, Computing products, Microwaves, Audio and Televisions 32" and below available on Rapid Delivery will be distributed via City Link. Your delivery will take place on the date selected between 9am to 5.30pm unless you have paid for a dedicated time slot.
