What is the Rapid Delivery Service?

• A Free of Charge delivery service we offer on the products we have in stock at our warehouse.
• Products delivered to your door as quickly as next day*
• You can select your own delivery date while completing your order.
• Rapid Delivery products are highlighted with a distinctive logo.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight only.

The following products are delivered via City Link on our behalf:

• TV up to and including 32"
• VCR and DVD
• Home cinema
• Digital radio
• Vacuum cleaners
• Microwaves
• Small kitchen appliances
• Personal care
• Computing products

The above products will be classed as an all day delivery unless otherwise selected when you place your order. Saturday delivery can be selected anytime up to 5pm Friday. There is an additional premium from £9.99 for a Saturday AM delivery. Please note this charge is non profit making, we incur this charge from our carriers. Please see Delivery Information for futher details on delivery charges.

Delivery days do fluctuate depending on business volume and deliveries made to less populated areas. To obtain the actual delivery date to you, please click on the product required click on the delivery date button and enter your post code.

* Please note the majority of products and post codes are covered within 2 days with the following exclusions. AB, DD, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, TD and Isle of Wight. Please click on delivery information on the product page to obtain the quickest delivery date. At busy periods Rapid Delivery may extend to 3 days in selected areas. If for any reason your card has not been authorised, or addition security checks are required, this may prolong your delivery time. We will inform you of any issues within 24 hours of purchase.

All Phoenix deliveries will include your product(s) being sited in the room of your choice and packaging removed for recycling. An email advising of the scheduled 2 hour time slot for your delivery will be emailed to you after 7pm the evening prior to your delivery date. Additionally an SMS message will be sent advising of your time slot. If a landline number was supplied when placing your order a voicemail message will be sent to you, this is supplier dependant.
