What methods of payment can I use?
We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Delta and Master card.
Will you remove my old appliance?
We can remove your old TV (37" or above), laundry appliance or cooker if you request this when you place your order. There is a charge of £9.99 for this service. Please note that we can only remove old appliances if they have been unplugged, disconnected and are externally clean and free from water.
Gas cookers must only be disconnected by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
We are able to remove refrigeration products if you request this when placing your order. There is a charge of £9.99 for this service. Please note that we can only remove your old refrigeration appliance if they have been disconnected, defrosted and are externally clean and free from water.
How long will my delivery take?
If you have chosen a product which is available on rapid delivery we aim to deliver this to you on your chosen day. For all other products we aim to deliver with 7 working days from confirmation of acceptance of your order subject to availability, in which case you will be contacted by our customer service team.
What if my item is not on Rapid Delivery?
We will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of a delivery lead time.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At present we can only deliver to Mainland UK and Isle of Wight addresses.
Can I have my product delivered to a different address?
You can tell us of a different delivery address at the time of order. Please remember to let us know of any access problems with the delivery address such as a narrow road leading to the property or a flight of steps.
Can I order by phone?
If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call our Sales Advisors on 0800 28 00 111. Our opening hours are 8.30am to 6.50pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.20pm Saturday. We are Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

How do you keep your prices so low?
The Co-operative Electrical Shop is owned and operated by the world's largest consumer co-operative. This enables us to buy products direct from the manufacturer in large quantities, therefore reducing the cost. These savings are passed directly on to our customers ensuring the best possible price on all products.
I cannot find the product I want on the website, can you get it for me?

What if I change my mind and don’t want my goods once they have been delivered?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. However the following points must be observed:
• Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
• Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. The amount charged for collection is detailed in our Returns section of the web site.

What if I have a problem with my appliance?
In the rare event that something goes wrong with your appliance please consult your user manuals trouble shooting guide in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved by referring to this section. If the problem persists please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
Is the website secure to put my credit card details on?
We understand the importance of security when entering your credit card details on the internet. We use secure server software, which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed or read by any third party. Can I purchase extended warranty cover?
Yes we offer both 3 and 5 year extended warranty cover at extremely low prices, to give you peace of mind at a fair price. Our warranties are provided by Corporate Support Solutions Ltd (CSS) and are specifically designed for owners of electrical products.
When will I receive my warranty policy?

If my appliance is for commercial premises does this affect my guarantee?
The product guarantee is offered by the manufacturer and the period of cover is altered in a commercial environment. Please check with our sales team how the warranty is affected prior to purchase.
